{"id":282,"date":"2022-01-11T09:02:36","date_gmt":"2022-01-11T08:02:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/norskhavvind.no\/?page_id=282"},"modified":"2022-01-11T09:03:48","modified_gmt":"2022-01-11T08:03:48","slug":"code-of-conduct","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/norskhavvind.no\/en\/code-of-conduct\/","title":{"rendered":"Code of Conduct"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>We are committed to:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>providing a safe and secure environment for all personnel on our plants and facilities<\/li>\n<li>preventing harm to the environment from our business activities<\/li>\n<li>conducting our business in an open, transparent and accurate manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>We do not tolerate:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>any discrimination of people on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, political views, national or ethnic origin or any other characteristic.<\/li>\n<li>any harassment of people, disruptions of their work performance or work environment.<\/li>\n<li>corruption in any form, including bribery and facilitation payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>We shall:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>respect the integrity of our people and only use personal data for appropriate purposes,<\/li>\n<li>compete in a fair and ethically justifiable manner<\/li>\n<li>avoid situations that could be perceived as a conflict of interest<\/li>\n<li>protect information in our possession and ensure appropriate confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>use our IT systems and company property based on business needs<\/li>\n<li>expect our suppliers and business partners to comply with applicable laws and adhere to ethical standards which are consistent with our own<\/li>\n<li>not offer or accept gifts, except for promotional items of minimal value, or authorise anything of value or payments to public officials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Breaches of this Code of Conduct shall be registered and reported.
